German Bier, Music and Food at Big Bear Oktoberfest

Every year in October you have to plan to visit Big Bear. Then it is held Big Bear Oktoberfest - one month fun and beer. This year Oktoberfest starts September 17 2011 and every weekend to October 29 2011 is full with German entertainments, dance, music and beer.
If you like a German food this is the place to go and try everything. But there will be traditional American burgers, chicken tacos, fried and so more. With the good food you have to get good bier. Many types of German and American biers and wine, soft drinks, coffee and sport drinks are waiting you to try them.

This year the program of Oktoberfest in Big Bear is very diverse and everyone will find something to amuse.

• America's Heroes Weekend this weekend is dedicated to all past and present military, fire fighters and law enforcements. The admission is free for these people. The Express Band will play then and there will be 41st Annual Opening Ceremonies

What to do in Big Bear through Oktoberfest

Go in Big Bear Lake, rent Big Bear Cabins and enjoy the Oktoberfest. The fathers can go in expanded beer gartens. This year the gartens will be expanded with 3300 sq. feet of seating, large T.V screens with football, MLB and NFL games. Try all kind of beer looking the special Chicken Dance. Especially for the fest will play Die Mainfloesser Band from Germany and Die Trachten Verein Traunstoana dance group from Austria. If you like traditional German music go in Big Bear Lake and enjoy the fest.
The kids can take Kindermeister party pack and to have fun. The package included admission, one kid's meal, one non-alcoholic beverage, Sports Cup and a singing chicken keychain.
Also there will be petting zoo and horses and the kids can admire them.
