New hardwoods, fireplace, 32″ flat screen TV, full kitchen with all appliances, outdoor firepit, sleeps 5 total with master bedroom and bunks in spare bedroom. Spacious closets, bathroom upstairs is full, downstairs is half bath. House sits on double lot with backyard completely fenced – dogs welcome! I just installed approx. $10K worth of new landscaping last fall. It will be beautiful and inviting come spring. backyard is wonderful for entertaining or just lying in the hammock. Very large storage shed with patio furniture, grill, bikes, etc.

We are ideally looking for a 3-6+ month renter but will consider monthly. This would be a wonderful extended vacation house or writers retreat.

I have a furnished room in my 3 bedroom house for rent. $500 covers electric/water with cable/wifi. Gas utility will be split 50/50 in the winter months (Nov-May). Shared bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen. Please no drugs or pets (small trained dog may be ok). This can be short or long term.

Remember we live in a snow zone, shoveling snow may be required.
